All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the date they are purchased. Please note that there are NO Shipments made during Weekends and Special Holidays. If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email or phone. Therefore, we require customers to provide us a valid email address and a contact number. All orders will be shipped Via your choice of United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS Ground shipments can be expected in 2 - 5 Business Days. Cancellations: Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of original order time. Any attempts after this are subject to our return policy. Please be sure that what you purchase is what you want. Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order after it has been shipped, you may return merchandise for a full refund or like exchange excluding postage within 7 days of receiving the order. All orders will be credited within 4 days for the order amount (Not postage). This includes all refused or misdirected merchandise as well. There will be no restocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved via contact of Ward's Hot Rod Alley at email address admin@wardshotrodalley.com. Faulty merchandise: If an item received is defective, you may return item within 7 days to exchange for a new one. Additional shipping cost on faulty merchandise will be reimbursed by Ward's Hot Rod Alley if item is found to be defective. All faulty merchandise returns must be pre-approved via Ward's Hot Rod Alley at email address: admin@wardshotrodalley.com.
